      Campaign's Best Places to Work

Congratulations to the winners of Campaign’s Best Places to Work 2019!

As the sponsor of Campaign’s Best Places to Work 2019 awards programme, The Industry Club got to present the awards and personally congratulate the winners.

Even better though, we got to see, at close quarters, how so many businesses in the creative communications industry really do give a damn about creating great workplaces.

From dog walking to Brexit counselling, the offerings in this year’s entries really captured the judges’ imaginations.

      Three categories, three outstanding winners

With the awards split into three categories – small, medium and large organisations – the programme recognises that giving a damn, rather than spending fortunes, is what matters most.

It’s about recognising, in the words of the 6th century philosopher and founder of Taoism, Lao Tzu, that ‘from caring comes courage.’

That by thinking about people’s values, welfare, personal development and their life outside work – we can create workplaces that people want to come to – whatever size our businesses are.

      And the winners were…

Taking home the Campaign Best Places to Work awards were:

      Small business: ID Comms

Medium business: M&C Saatchi Sport & Entertainment

      Large business: Proximity London

Congratulations to our winners and all those that drove them close. You give a damn. And it shows.
