WORKING IN PARTNERSHIP

Quite simply, the best placements happen when we work in close partnership with our clients. This inspires us to find the best talent and be responsive to their needs.

Finding the right people for the right agency requires matching visions, ambitions and passions to make the most effective partnerships. This is why we try to immerse ourselves in your business as much as possible with initial kick off meetings with your key leaders and relevant people who run the brands you want us to recruit for. Regular communication and speaking to the right people is key to a successful match.

We only recruit for the creative communications industry and our dedicated consultants have unparalleled insight and knowledge of the issues and challenges our industry is facing.

Managing your expectations is a key emphasis for us. We aim to supply candidates as quickly as possible and will always update you with our progress, so you have a better understanding of when the role will actually be filled.

Everyone here has worked in creative communications and knows it inside out, having gained considerable expertise in the actual roles they now recruit for.

They’ve been there and done it, so they really understand the skills required from personal experience. They’re not just box-ticking from a list on a recruiter’s brief.

Because we headhunt the majority of our candidates, we are rigorously seeking talent who may not be actively looking for new opportunities, rather than people applying through jobs boards.

All our candidates go through a rigorous selection process including an initial screen, face to face interview, competency testing and psychometric profiling if required. We would never send a candidate we did not know personally.

We also specialise in recruiting executives and other senior personnel for our clients. We have a wide range of personal contacts in the industry and have long-lasting relationships with clients spanning many years.

We manage the hiring process with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality, conducting detailed interviews and presenting candidates to clients selectively.

Using a head hunter allows your business the freedom of recruiting from competitors without doing so directly, and the ability to choose among candidates that would not be available through internal or passive sourcing methodologies.

FCB Inferno

I absolutely love working with Nicky. She knows our business inside and out and gets the type of talent we want in our business, she takes the time to really understand the brief and the role – and I know she will take care of the candidates and make sure they’re prepped for meeting with us. Nicky is super efficient, always sends quality candidates our way and I know I can rely on her 100%. Plus she’s just a really nice person.

Beth Pope

Unlimited Group

Zoe recently helped me source a senior client services role within the Unlimited Group. It was a challenging brief for a new kind of role with a number of requirements, but Zoe approached the task with enthusiasm, intelligence and diligence, and ultimately found my needle in a haystack! She had clearly thoroughly researched and got to know the candidates she put forward, and listened carefully to feedback, ensuring I had a range of candidates that offered distinct options.

Shaun Mcilrath

Iris

Following a period of rapid growth, we asked Melissa to come into iris for 3 weeks to observe our processes, systems and behaviours. The result was an incredibly insightful analysis of our strengths – and the weakness that could hold us back in the future. By the end of week one she’d suggested a number of really effective “quick wins” and she subsequently outlined a long-term strategic solution to our creative services /project management function – enabling us to deliver diverse solutions, at speed, with quality. Better still, she managed to create consensus amongst a wide range of stakeholders, enabling the solution to be quickly adopted and implemented. And to top it all off, she was a good laugh to have around. I can’t recommend her highly enough. Don’t drink her tea though – it’s terrible.
