As well coordinating training and managing the day-to-day running of The Industry School, Jo oversees the design and introduction of new courses to our training offering and provides consultancy in operations management to agencies of all sizes. An experienced course presenter herself, Jo is also our resource management trainer and leads our workshops and bespoke training in this specialist discipline.
