Nicky has worked at The Industry Club since 2014, having worked as an Account Handler for many years prior to working in recruitment. Nicky thrives on discovering the best account management talent for creative agencies, production houses and brand owners. Having that first-hand experience, she has a solid understanding of how different agencies operate and is very talented at identifying the right person for the client, both culturally and professionally.
Offering experience across digital, integrated, social and advertising, Nicky has a great network of diverse and loyal talent who she’s advised in their careers and worked with since they entered the industry. Nicky works across freelance and permanent contracts.
