An entrepreneurial, independent agency seeks an ambitious and hard working Account Manager to oversee end-to-end integrated creative campaigns across diverse clients including travel, retail, FMCG.
You'll be the key client contact, ensuring seamless project execution while supporting strategic growth and impactful work across OOH, DOOH, radio, film, social, digital, experiential and branding projects.
Would suit someone with an interest in strategy and business transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
**Client & Project Management**
- Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and problem-solving.
- Bridge the gap between clients and creative teams, ensuring top-tier campaign execution.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to drive innovation.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources with meticulous attention to detail.
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with a results-driven mindset.
**Finance & Growth**
- Handle financial reporting, forecasting, and account tracking.
- Ensure timely billing and timesheet submission.
- Identify opportunities to expand accounts through cross-selling and upselling.
Ideally you will have:
- Several years in an integrated agency.
- Strong strategic thinking with a keen eye for creative.
- Experience across TV, outdoor, digital, and experiential media.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
