About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Business Lead to drive client relationships, lead multi-disciplinary teams, and shape the strategic direction of the department. This senior role is pivotal in fostering innovation, delivering exceptional creative solutions, and ensuring seamless collaboration between data, strategy, and creative departments.

As a key partner to the Strategy and Data leads, you will spearhead client growth, champion integrated thinking, and ensure the agency consistently delivers impactful, insight-driven campaigns. Your leadership will inspire teams, build trust with clients, and drive commercial success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate closely with the Strategy Lead and Data Strategy Lead to shape and deliver holistic client strategies.
  • Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing client engagements.
  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and excellence in delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans that align with client objectives and agency goals.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior and mid-level client service teams.
  • Manage commercial performance, driving profitability and ensuring sustainable agency growth.
  • Represent the agency at industry events and contribute to thought leadership initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in senior client service, business leadership, or managing partner roles within a customer engagement or experience agency.
  • Proven track record of leading and growing client accounts.
  • Strong strategic mindset with experience partnering with data and strategy leads.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Commercial acumen and experience managing budgets and profitability.

Desired Experience:
  • Background in CX, data-driven marketing, or customer engagement strategies.
  • Experience working with creative, data, and tech teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of the customer journey and loyalty programs.
