My client is seeking an established Business Director or Client Lead with expertise in CGI, virtual production, and/or next-gen creative solutions. This role is to oversee the set up of a new team based in Berlin, dedicated to a luxury automotive brand.
This role is ideal for someone who excels at managing complex client relationships, aligning teams across creative and technical disciplines, and driving innovative production strategies.
As a Client Lead, you’ll be the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless execution of high-end CGI and virtual production projects. You’ll navigate stakeholder expectations, develop strategic account plans, and oversee the transition from traditional to real-time production methods (using platforms like Unreal Engine and Unity.)

- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and client success.
- Collaborate across creative, production, and technical teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and optimize workflows for operational excellence.
- Provide insights into industry trends, ensuring clients stay ahead in digital content production.
