We are looking for a Creative Director to join an award-winning agency. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative leader with expertise in customer experience to shape customer journeys, loyalty programs, and multi-channel campaigns. The role involves overseeing the development of strategic creative ideas that enhance customer engagement and drive long-term value for brands.
As a key figure in the leadership team, the Creative Director will collaborate with strategists, data experts, and technologists to ensure that ideas are both creatively compelling and informed by insight. The role requires experience in leading creative teams, pitching to clients, and delivering best-in-class work across email, app, and web channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creative development of customer experience campaigns.
- Oversee multi-disciplinary teams to craft integrated experiences across digital touchpoints.
- Develop and pitch creative concepts that align with business and customer goals.
- Collaborate closely with data and strategy leads to drive insight-led creative solutions.
- Manage and mentor creative teams, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Ensure creative outputs reflect the latest trends in CRM, personalization, and digital experience.
- Partner with clients to shape the creative vision and long-term engagement strategies.
About You:
- Experience in creative leadership roles within customer experience agencies.
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact multi-channel campaigns.
- Strong conceptual thinker with the ability to translate insights into engaging creative ideas.
- Experience collaborating with data and tech teams to inform and shape creative work.
- Excellent client-facing and presentation skills.
- Ability to inspire and lead teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in loyalty programs and personalization strategies.
- Background in app, email, and web-based CRM campaigns.
- Knowledge of the latest customer experience platforms and tools.
