About the Role:
New role for a Data Strategy Lead to drive data-driven insights and customer engagement within a Customer Experience team. You'll shape CRM and loyalty strategies, optimize campaigns, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver impactful, creative work. The ideal candidate will have strong people skills and a knack for turning data into compelling narratives through creative storytelling, making complex insights accessible and actionable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead data-driven strategies that enhance customer experiences and campaign performance.
  • Develop measurement frameworks, KPIs, and customer journey analytics to drive optimization.
  • Collaborate with creative, tech, and media teams to ensure insights shape project outcomes.
  • Translate first-party data, CRM insights, and behavioural trends into actionable strategies.
  • Present data strategies to clients, articulating insights through compelling storytelling.
  • Mentor and lead more junior data strategists, fostering team growth and innovation.
  • Stay ahead of emerging data trends and technologies, driving new approaches to data utilization.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years' experience in data strategy, analytics, or a related field, ideally within a creative or digital agency.
  • Strong experience in CX, loyalty programs, and customer engagement.
  • Ability to turn complex data into actionable insights and communicate them effectively.
  • Experience collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams and managing client relationships.
  • Expertise in customer journey mapping, data platforms, and measurement tools.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
Desired Experience:
  • Knowledge of GDPR, data privacy, and ethical data practices.
  • Experience with data visualization and digital analytics tools.
  • Background in integrating data across web, app, email, and social channels.
