A social first independent agency, one of the largest and most successful in London, seeks a German speaking Influencer Manager to work with a large, pan-european client in the FMCG or drinks sector.
This role is to develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, engage target audiences, and drive growth for the famous brand.
The successful candidate must speak fluent German. (In addition Dutch, French or Italian would be a real plus!)
This role is open to remote based candidates too, living in Germany for example.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement influencer campaigns aligned with brand goals.
- Identify, recruit, and manage influencer partnerships.
- Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align influencer efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms.
- Manage influencer outreach, contracts, and coordination for events and content.
Your Skills and Experience:
- Strategic Thinking – to align influencer strategies with business objectives.
- Relationship Management – Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Digital Marketing Expertise – Knowledge of platforms, content, and analytics.
- Creativity – Ability to develop innovative, brand-aligned campaigns.
- Analytical Skills – Data-driven decision-making.
- Project Management – Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
The role will be 3-6 months initially, with the likelihood to extend / convert to perm.
