Full Description:
Our client is looking for a Strategist to lead the development of digital experiences and products that bridge customer needs with business goals. You will guide the creation of user-centric strategies across digital ecosystems, working alongside cross-functional teams to craft seamless journeys and impactful experiences.
The ideal candidate will conduct research, identify insights, and shape frameworks that inform the design and delivery of websites, apps, and digital services. This role requires a combination of strategic oversight and practical execution, ensuring that product roadmaps and digital journeys align with business objectives and user expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategies for digital products and customer experiences.
  • Conduct research and competitive analysis to inform product direction.
  • Collaborate with design, UX, and tech teams to define customer journeys.
  • Craft strategic frameworks, propositions, and roadmaps.
  • Lead workshops to align teams and stakeholders on project goals.
  • Translate insights into actionable plans that enhance digital ecosystems.
About You:
  • 3+ years' experience in digital product or service strategy.
  • Strong background in UX/UI and digital customer experience design.
  • Proven ability to apply research and insights to product development.
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience in both B2C and B2B environments.
  • Knowledge of digital measurement tools and lifecycle management.
  • Workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
