Strategist – Integrated FMCG & Owned Media
We’re looking for a strategist with a passion for creativity, culture, and impact
to help shape some of the most recognizable FMCG brands in the world. This role focuses on owned media, CRM, organic social, and in-store activation
, using these channels to drive brand engagement and meaningful connections with consumers.
The role sits within a collaborative team that delivers social, digital, CRM, OOH, radio, and in-store campaigns
across the UK and Europe. Working closely with creative, social, and inter-agency teams
, you’ll be responsible for developing insight-led strategies that inspire bold, shareable, and effective work.
What We’re Looking For:
- A strategic thinker with a creative mindset , who understands how owned media and CRM can drive brand impact .
- A proactive problem solver who challenges assumptions, mines data for insights, and finds new ways to engage consumers.
- A natural collaborator , working with internal teams and agency partners to ensure seamless integration.
- Someone who can craft inspiring, single-minded creative briefs and present them with clarity and confidence.
- An analytical mindset, comfortable working with social listening tools, engagement data, and performance metrics to inform and optimize strategy.
- The ability to balance multiple projects and priorities , maintaining a high standard of strategic thinking across all workstreams.
Experience:
- 2–3 years of agency experience in a strategic role (not a first move into strategy).
- A strong grounding in account planning , with a consumer-first approach to brand strategy.
- Experience in integrated/BTL campaigns , particularly within social, CRM, or in-store activation .
- A working knowledge of social listening tools, data visualization, and analytics platforms .
- A background in FMCG brands is a plus, but not essential.
