Strategy Director – CRM & Loyalty
Top agency is on the lookout for a Strategy Director to help drive the agency’s CRM & Loyalty offering forward. This role is perfect for someone who is not only a capable pair of hands but is also ambitious, full of energy, and ready to step up in leading major client relationships and high-profile pitches.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Leading strategic thinking across CRM & Loyalty, helping clients develop and evolve their customer engagement strategies.
  • Building strong client relationships , acting as a trusted advisor and driving strategic conversations.
  • Leading on pitches – from shaping the strategic narrative to crafting compelling presentations that win business.
  • Collaborating with creative, data, and tech teams to develop integrated CRM campaigns that are insight-driven and commercially effective.
  • Mentoring and managing junior strategists , helping to develop the next generation of strategic talent.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience in CRM, Loyalty, and Customer Engagement Strategy , ideally from a creative agency or consultancy background.
  • Strong track record of leading client relationships and delivering high-impact work.
  • Experience in developing and presenting pitches – confident in crafting and selling big ideas.
  • A blend of creative and commercial acumen , able to think strategically and deliver results.
  • A natural leader who can mentor junior team members while staying hands-on with strategy development.
  • A proactive, go-getter mindset – someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.

This is a creative agency role, so previous experience of creative campaigns is key. It is not a data or analytics role or CRM manager role.
