Strategy Director – Pan-European FMCG Brand
We’re looking for a Strategy Director
to lead the European strategy for one of the most iconic FMCG brands in the world. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the regional direction of a global brand, developing culturally resonant work across multiple markets. As the lead agency for ATL and Social, we also steer a broad inter-agency team spanning media, PR, shopper, digital, and design.
The European market plays a distinct role in the brand’s global growth, requiring a deep understanding of cultural nuance, audience behaviour, and integrated marketing. This role is pivotal in defining that approach and working closely with clients and agency partners to drive innovative, insight-led strategies.
This role is primarily based in London, hybrid working - but there is monthly travel to the client head office.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in brand and communications strategy , ideally with a focus on pan-European markets.
- Strong understanding of ATL and Social strategy , with experience in guiding creative development across multiple touchpoints.
- Ability to lead and influence a multi-agency team , ensuring strategic alignment across media, PR, shopper marketing, and digital channels.
- Strong client leadership skills—confident in advising senior stakeholders and bringing clarity to complex marketing challenges.
- A highly competent Senior Strategist with integrated experience could step up into this role, provided they can demonstrate leadership at a regional level.
