This small but successful agency is in a period of growth and seeking an experienced Account Director to join the team. The Account Director will drive client relationships, oversee strategic campaigns, and support business growth. This role requires a strong balance of client leadership, strategic planning, and team management to ensure high-impact campaign delivery and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the senior point of contact for key accounts, fostering strong client relationships and ensuring strategic alignment.
- Oversee the planning and execution of integrated social, digital, and PR campaigns, ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Work closely with strategy, creative, and activation teams to develop data-driven marketing solutions.
- Manage account budgets, drive revenue growth, and identify opportunities for account expansion.
- Lead and mentor junior team members, promoting a collaborative and high-energy culture.
- Solid experience in account management within a social, digital or PR agency.
- Proven ability to manage and grow key client accounts.
- Strong expertise in social media, influencer marketing, content strategy, and digital advertising.
- Experience with paid digital campaigns (social ads, Google Ads, performance marketing) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Offices based in central London and hybrid working applies, but highly flexible days and even open to remote candidates.
