• £70k-£80k
• ASAP start
• 6 month initial contract with the view to go permanent
• Flexible hybrid working- London office
The role:
- Lead and optimise operational strategy, ensuring profitability and company culture is front of mind
- Drive operational efficiency
- Streamline process and enhance efficiency and client experience
- Ensure workforce planning supports the scaling rate of the business
- Implement new ways of working and up-skill the teams. Integrate new digital tools and platforms
- Ensure quality control at all times whilst driving operational cost-effectiveness and financial performance
- Partner with finance on budgeting & forecasting
- Resource the studio efficiently, managing efficient work flow and resource allocation
- Nurture a positive, inclusive company culture and work environment
- Use data to refine operational performance
- Ensure all operations and GDPR are compliant with all relevant regulations
The person:
- Experience in a growing lifestyle or wellness brand
- Experience implementing new systems and process and generally tech savvy, able to optimise digital platforms and CRM systems
- Must have experience in an operational roles
- Commercially and financially astute
- Positive and collaborative nature
