Client Services Director / Healthcare & Content agency – London / Hybrid
New opening for a Client Services director to join this expanding team who specialise in healthcare content. You will be an important member of the leadership team whilst ensuring the success of client partnerships and running a very high performing and ambitious team.
About the role
- Manage and lead the Client Services team / lead and inspire a high performing team
- Growth and retention of key clients
- Ownership of key metrics and implementation of KPI’s
- Trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders
- Resource planning / oversee client project delivery
- Identify and implement improvements to the CS team
About you
- Solid experience in a leadership position / can manage high-performing account management or client services teams
- Have experience with data / reporting
- Comfortable in ever changing fast-paced scale-up environments
