This small but successful agency is in a period of growth and seeking a Social Media Executive with strong analytical and reporting skills. This role involves managing social media channels, creating engaging content, and leveraging data insights to optimize performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies across major platforms.
- Create and schedule content aligned with brand voice.
- Monitor trends and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with creative teams for multimedia content production.
- Track and analyze performance metrics, generating reports for internal and client use.
- Engage with online communities, fostering positive relationships.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends.
- Solid experience in social media management either with a brand or an agency
- Strong analytical skills with experience using reporting tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer) and paid campaign optimization.
- Knowledge of design/video editing tools is a plus.
