Melissa is committed to building careers in the creative comms industry for Everyone and in 2020 launched Marketing Debuts, a programme of training for young talent using the governments apprenticeship levy to drive diversity in the industry. Melissa is also one of our regular trainers at The Industry School, sharing her knowledge and passion for Project Management with agencies and brands.

      Charlene has over 15 year’s experience in the industry working in Bristol and London both in creative and recruitment agencies. Annie has also worked as an in-house talent manager for two large network agencies placing more creative focused roles so she appreciates the role of inhouse talent and  At The Industry Club, she works across finance and resource management, from entry level to CFO, agency and client-side, temp and perm as well as managing our resource management roles, temp and perm.

      Zoe Edwards

      Principal Recruitment Consultant - Strategy/Senior Client Service

      Zoe is our lead recruiter for senior client services and strategy candidates. Having worked in client services as a Business Director prior to The Industry Club for 15 years, Zoe is a trusted sounding board and advisor for her clients and candidates alike. Zoe uses her great research skills to search for those highly desirable but difficult to find candidates then matches visions, ambitions and passions at a senior level to make the most effective partnerships. As well as working with our senior candidates, Zoe has been involved in various diversity initiatives for entry level talent to support underrepresented groups in securing roles in planning departments.

      Farzana Dhami

      Principal Recruitment Consultant – Creative

      Farzana is a has been working in creative recruitment for over 20 years moving across from an agency account management role in her earlier career. Farzana loves creative recruitment. Her passion for brave ideas and effective creative for brands, results in her meeting a record number of creative candidates on a weekly basis. Her sizeable network includes creatives specialising in content, experiential, advertising, social and digital, freelance and permanent candidates. Farzana places a large number of Creative Directors and senior creative personnel, but is also passionate about young talent from all walks of life being given the opportunity to join the creative industries.

      As head of The Industry School, Jo helps clients align training objectives to business goals. Jo’s here to discuss what the right training plan looks like for you and where options such as our open workshops, bespoke training and mentoring will work best for the people in your organisation. As well coordinating training and managing the day-to-day running of The Industry School, Jo oversees the design and introduction of new courses to our training offering and provides consultancy in operations management to agencies of all sizes. An experienced course presenter herself, Jo is also our resource management trainer and leads our workshops and bespoke training in this specialist discipline.
